A new kitchen is a big job, so it helps to know what happens and when. Kitchenroom Ltd is a family-run kitchen company based near Didcot. We have designed, supplied and fitted kitchens locally for over 10 years, including homes on Ladygrove and Great Western Park.

Step 1: A free home visit

We come to you, with door and worktop samples. We ask what you do and don’t want, and we measure up. This takes about 60 minutes for an average size kitchen.

Step 2: A free 3D design and a fixed quote

We design your kitchen in 3D, so you can see it before you buy. When you are 100% happy, you get a fully itemised, fixed quote.

Step 3: The fitter’s survey

Your kitchen fitter visits at a time that suits you. They check every measurement and agree any extra work, such as plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, painting and decorating, or taking out your old kitchen. All extra costs are confirmed to you in writing.

Step 4: Delivery

Our stock colour kitchens arrive within 3 weeks of you approving your final design. Every cabinet comes ready assembled, with the doors already fitted. This saves your fitter time.

Step 5: The fit

Most fits take about 1 to 2 weeks with laminate or solid wood worktops, or 2 to 3 weeks with quartz. That’s because the quartz company first makes a laser template of your worktops, accurate to the millimetre, then comes back about a week later to fit them. In week one, the old kitchen comes out and the plastering, plumbing and electrics start. In week two, your new kitchen goes in.
